On July 24th 2010, in Hanoi, Song Da Holdings held a summing-up meeting on its business production during the first six months and discussed task implementation measures for the next six months of the year 2010.
 

The third meeting of Management Board of Song Da Holdings has been held on July 22nd, 2010 at Room No. 303, Song Da’s head office, G10 Building - Thanh Xuan Nam - Thanh Xuan district - Hanoi under presidency of Mr. Le Van Que- President of the Group.

 Recently, the Opening Ceremony of Vietnam Industrial Construction Group (VNIC) took place in Hanoi. This is one of the group is considered the most powerful in our country on the basis of the most powerful corporations in six industry sectors including construction: Song Da Corporation, Vietnam Machinery Installation Corporation (Lilama); Corporation Building and Infrastructure Development (Licogi) Investment Corporation-Construction Development (DIC); General Engineering construction company (Coma) and Red River Corporation, which Corporation Song Da hold a pivotal role. On 09 May 07 2010, in Hall DIC Star Hotel, Ministry of Construction (MOC) and Vietnam Industrial Construction Group (VNIC) held a ceremony to hand over the state capital in the General Corporation for Investment and Development Construction (DIC Corp) by the Ministry of Construction Management to Vietnam Industrial Construction Group.
 

 

On 7th July 2010, Vietnam Industry Construction Group (VNIC) and Vietnam Resources & Environment Corporation have signed together a cooperation agreement at the opening ceremony of Vietnam Resources & Environment Corporation.
 

People’s Committee of Dong Nai province and Vietnam Industry Construction Group (VNIC) have just carried out signing an agreement on cooperation and investment. The agreement defined that the cooperation and investment in Dong Nai province would be a long-term strategic task for meeting the development and integration trend.
 

Xekaman 1 hydropower project which is owned by Viet-Laos Power Joint Stock Company with a total investment of USD441 million and total designed capacity of 322MW, was built in the downstream of Xekaman river (Laos) including two steps: the upper step for Xekaman 1 hydropower project and the below step for Xekaman Sanxay hydropower project. Xekaman1 hydropower project has a designed capacity of 290MW with two units, of which each has a capacity of 145MW. In the powerhouse, vertical Francis turbines are used with its normal water level of 230m; the lowest water level is 218m; the basin area is 3,580km2; the lake area is 149.8 km2 with its normal water level. The construction period of the plant is 5 years with annual power production of 1,096.56 million kWh.
 

On 15 / 5, Son La hydro-electric power line civic success. This event  not only marks the progress of important water reservoirs are built, prepared for the first power units (expected by the end of the year), but also significant is that the basic record of successfully working construction. On 01/6/2010, at the Headquarters of the Song Da Corporation has taken place Shareholders General Assembly established the Song Da Corporation Hanoi. Song Da Joint Stock Company Hanoi was established with initial capital is 200 billion, with the task of implementing investment projects in construction, renovation and upgrading of the three La Highway 6 - Xuan Mai in the form BOT combining BT and deploy a number of other projects.
